Portion Control

Portion control means keeping an eye on how much you put into any single serving, not only for the obvious health benefits of tracking calories in your diet, but because you also understand that tastes are influenced by how much of any one ingredient is in a particular dish. It’s more proportion control. Less is more, as balance and harmony of ingredients determine flavor outcomes. Use a scale, preferably in metric measure (more accurate) to weigh what you are putting into any dish.
