Grey Goose Essences Strawberry & Lemongrass is light, clean, and clearly modern. Strawberry gives it charm. Lemon grass gives it edge. The lower proof keeps it crisp, though it also makes the bottle less forceful than standard flavored vodka. I would call it polished, fresh, and useful when the goal is fruit with a botanical lift.
