WHAT IS IT?

Italian herb blend is a delicious and versatile seasoning that makes you feel like you’ve just been transported to an Italian mountain side. With that being said, you can sprinkle that flavor over anything, especially Mediterranean foods. The key flavors here are parsley, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and marjoram.

Blended together and combined with a bit of salt, Italian Seasoning can be easily and affordably added to enhance the flavor a savory dish. The flavor adds a certain freshness to foods that can only be achieved through aromatic garden herbs.

THE BACKSTORY

One of the main ingredients in this seasoning is the herb oregano. With vitamins B and some organic compounds in its content, one of top oregano health benefits is metabolism enhancement. This, in turn, helps to energize and rejuvenate the body by maximizing the circulation. Oregano is also rich in iron which is important for the production and functions of hemoglobin.
