This classic mulling spice blend has everything you’ll need for steaming batches of winter holiday beverages. When you simmer this welcoming blend with apple cider or red wine, you can expect your kitchen to glow with a rich, spicy aroma that’s just as warming as the flavor itself.
EXPERIENCE
The foundations of a classic mulling mix include cinnamon, cloves, allspice and a few other choice spices. Of course, this blend is also a wonderful starting point to get creative with; feel free to add your own spices.
CULINARY GEOGRAPHY
Mulling spices are of European origins, usually made with red wine or apple cider in winter weather. North America has adopted this tradition and individual mixes are made by preference.
