Product Description
PURPOSE
WHAT IS IT?
Tahitian vanilla bean is a little fruitier, richer, with notes of cherry, anise and coffee, than the more common Madagascar bean. Once the perfect vanilla beans have been selected, a proprietary cold extraction process is used to create this wonderfully aromatic extract. Double-fold means that the extract is delivered at double the strength of regular vanilla.
EXPERIENCE
Floral aroma, caramel, anise and cherry-chocolate flavors make vanilla from Tahiti unmistakable and highly prized.
CULINARY GEOGRAPHY
Tahitian Vanilla beans are grown on the islands of French Polynesia.

A FEW IMPROVISATIONAL RIFFS:
- Leave for me unless you have great ideas and then by all means.
THE BACKSTORY
Many people have tried to re-locate the vanilla plant, but initially failed because those locations did not have the Melipone Bee. In other parts of the world, humans must hand-pollinate the vanilla vines on the one night of the year that the flowers all pollinate. Now you know why vanilla’s so expensive!
