Product Description
Epicurean boards are super tough, natural wood fiber-based cutting surfaces with none of the hassles of bamboo or softer woods that need a lot of maintenance, and without the bits that end up in your food from food-grade plastic boards.
They’re temp resistant up to 350°F / 177°c so they can also be used as a trivet, or a spot to drop your pot on the counter, that won’t mark or burn.
They’re light, and very easy to store as well. Epicurean offers ones with non-stick rubber bumper-ends, but I prefer these. The bumpers are just collectors for bacteria, have to be washed frequently, and crack easily. This edition of their board is all business and no fuss.
