Trader Joe’s Avocado Oil draws on avocados from Michoacán, Mexico, where volcanic soil’s mineral richness and tropical rainfall deliver top grade product.
Grown on the mountainside, they are able to harvest almost year-round due to the microclimates of the mountain.
The avocados are harvested near peak flavor for oil, and brought to the expellers to press before they develop any rot.
